Non-Applicable Products for Returns:
- Used products cannot be returned.
- Products damaged due to misuse/overuse are not eligible for return.
- Products without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories, cannot be returned.
- Products with tampered serial numbers are not eligible for return.
- Free products provided by the brand cannot be returned.
- Orders below 999/- are not eligible for return.
- Returns on Meanbuy Deals products are applicable only for manufacturing defects.
- For quality issues, No returns/replacements are eligible
Process to Initiate Return:
- Raise the return request in the "My Orders" section within the specified time frame.
- Contact customer support via email or phone within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide order ID details and request for return, replacement, or refund.
- Include unboxing images or videos as proof of undamaged products.
- The return pick-up for the order will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours.
- Ensure the product is returned unused, with original tags, contents, manual, box, and packaging intact.
After Return Process:
- Once the products are received by us, we will inform you whether the product is replaceable or refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the specified time frame.
- If it is a case of replacement, the replacement process will start once the returned product is received at the
Indian warehouse in good condition.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- Once an order is confirmed, it will be auto-dispatched from the international warehouse. Immediate
cancellation is not possible after shipment.
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us through our Contact Us page at, ensuring all order details
are provided.
- Your cancellation request will be reviewed against our acceptable policy. If approved, your order will be
canceled, and refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your bank account/credit card
account.
- Please contact our customer support team at +91 7093427583 via call or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of
order confirmation for cancellation. Provide your Order ID or registered mobile number for verification.
- Note: Advance Payment orders & Prepaid orders cannot be canceled. Refunds will not be initiated for these
orders. You have the option to request delivery of the same product or order another product with the same
value. If opting for a product with a higher value, you must pay the price difference.
Cancellation Post Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet dispatched, please contact our Customer

- If you cancel an order after it has been handed over to the courier company, delivery attempts may still occur. Please accept the delivery. Once we receive the refused product, the paid amount becomes non-refundable.
