Our Shipping Policy includes the following:
- Shipping of orders across India is carried out by the most reliable shipping partners, with complete online tracking of all packages.
- We strive to ship most of our products at no cost to you. However, there may be a few products that require a minimal shipping cost.
- Weight fees will be applied on products more the 2 kgs (Volumetric Round-Up Weight).
- Shipping Fees will be applied to the customer for safe and Secure delivery, It may vary based on different factors such as:
- The value of the product
- Your pin code
- To Avoid misplacements
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a variable Advance Payment (based on a % of the total order value, which will be calculated on the checkout page) over the complete order value of products ordered through COD. The remainder you will pay upon delivery (Cash on Delivery, COD).
- Products being purchased will be delivered to you as per the shipping schedule given to you while placing the order. Our unique 'Wait & Save' method will give you an estimated date for when the product is expected to be delivered to you.
- We'll do our best to deliver your products to you on schedule and will ensure that you are updated via SMS and Email about the dispatch, transit status, and delivery of the products.
- As per the rules and guidelines set up by the international aviation organization, products containing flammable liquids, compressed gases, liquid gases, oxidizing agents, mini cameras, and flammable solids are subjected to packaging limitations based on their volume.
- Some products may vary from what they have been in images due to some enhancements (size, shape, color).
- There may be cases wherein shipping may be delayed by several business days, depending on various factors including:
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- National holidays or Festivals
- Customs clearance procedures
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- Customers will be held liable for any misinterpretation of billing or delivery address. All shipping costs of non-delivery of products due to wrong delivery will be incurred by the customer.
- Return Shipping charges for a refund are applicable to Seller shipping charges
- Return Charges apply to consumer Pin codes based on real-time shipping fees provided by our 3rd party shipping provider.
- Any damage to the product needs to be claimed within 24 hours after receiving the product.
- Upon arrival of your package we require you to make an “unboxing video” so we can identify missing or damaged items. We highly take care of the products and the consumer's request before packing the order.
- Meanbuy will not be responsible for any legal allegations on the basis of non-working products delivered, all responsibilities are held by the vendors and/or manufacturers.
- Due to the Pandemic Situation of COVID-19, the delivery time may sometimes be delayed by several business days to ensure the highest standard of hygiene.
- The maximum time for delivery is 24 days. Minimum delivery is 15 days.
- The Pin codes from which we are getting more than 5 COD orders returned will be banned for future COD Options.
- If Your Pin codes are not in the Delivery area you can contact us, So that we can help you in placing an order with other possibilities.
- In case you find any issue with the delivered product, please send us an email with the invoice number at orderreturn@meanbuy.com
Cancellation before shipment:
- Confirmed orders will auto-dispatch from international warehouse. If a product is shipped, you can no longer immediately cancel the order.
- If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at support@meanbuy.com, call us at +91 7093427583 or send us a WhatsApp message on the same number, making sure to include all order details.
- In such cases, the cancellation request will be reviewed against acceptable policy and the order will be cancelled. Post cancellation, the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 hours to your bank account/credit card account.
- Note: Advance Payment orders & Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled. The Refund will not be initiated and you will have two options whether you can request the same product for delivery or you can order another product with the same value if you want to order another product with more value then you need to pay whatever will be the extra price of the product.[WW1]
Cancellation post shipment:
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on WhatsApp at @+91 7093427583.
- In case you have canceled an order which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they may still attempt delivery even after your cancellation request has been approved by us. Please do not accept the delivery of the order.
- Once we receive the refused product and verify its packaging condition, your refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours to your bank account/credit card account.
Refund:
- Advance payments are Non-Refundable.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products and an email with your bank details. It will take additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of a refund through MeanBuy coupons, which can be used during future purchases on our website.
- Returns are applicable only to manufacturing defects or quality issues.
- No Returns are applicable for order values below 999/-Products.
- On Meanbuy Deals product returns are applicable only on manufacturing defects.
- No Returns are applicable for Meanbuy Deals products.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds:
- MeanBuy offers its customers an 'Easy return policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery, and the customer has to pay for each return shipment. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
- If the damaged or non-working product is delivered, then the vendor will take care of the return charges.
- Replacement and return will be only for damaged or non-working products.
- If you don't like the product after it is delivered, it cannot be replaced or returned. So please check the product details very carefully before placing the order.
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email (support@meanbuy.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly share the product unboxing images or videos (for proof of undamaged), an image of the product, and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement process will be initiated only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation message.
- In B2B clients are not eligible for refunds after payment, Replacement can be done only if the product is damaged or non-working.
- Note: In case of replacement, the order is subject to the availability of stock. In cases where a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refers to the next question for exclusions to refunds.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded?
- Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has been used
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
- The serial number has been tampered
- Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer's warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
- Free products provided by the brand
- Returns are applicable only to manufacturing defects or quality issues.
- No Returns are applicable for order value below 999/- Products.
- On Meanbuy Deals product returns are applicable only on manufacturing defects.
- No refunds are applicable for Meanbuy Deals products.

Categories not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized products cannot be returned
- Personal care products/appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
- Personal use products such as hosiery, shoes, etc. cannot be returned
- Returns are applicable only to manufacturing defects or quality issues.

- We will provide a shipping quote based on actual rates that have to be paid by the customer.
- The return shipping fee is higher than the forward shipping which is not available for all the pin codes.
- If you would like to use your own shipping provider you can go ahead as long the product is shipped safely.

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order. How should I proceed?
- Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our partner warehouses. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund.
- If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition, or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email (support@meanbuy.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement will be initiated only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
- Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item ordered and needs to be returned along with the product originally delivered.
Can I return part of my order?
- Yes. A return can be created at the item level, and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full, including all components, as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
How will I be refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
- In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified by our partner vendor.
